Senior Research Fellow in Fintech at UNSW, Sydney. School of Private and Commercial Law.

Financial Data Revolution Team. Australian Research Council Laureate Project.

My research interests lie at the intersection of corporate law and technology, specifically in blockchain, decentralized finance, decentralized governance, and artificial intelligence. My future work builds upon these three strands: unconventional corporate structures that employ blockchain technology, alternative capital markets, and encoded governance structures enabled by artificial intelligence.

My work integrates comparative legal analysis and sophisticated empirical methods to address pressing legal issues posed by emerging technologies across systems. Drawing on interdisciplinary training from various research institutions during my doctoral studies, I apply diverse social research metrics and a socio-legal perspective to enhance my approach.
